Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platforms, websites, and services provided by Elverra Global ML SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing our services. We provide bespoke services under the esteemed umbrella of our ZENIKA Branded Card across emerging markets.
Client Tiers & Benefits
Elverra Global offers clients structured access tiers through the ZENIKA Branded Card. These tiers dictate the level of credit, assistance, and shared benefits accessible to the client:
- Essential Tier: Standard access to the merchant discount network and basic emergency support.
- Premium Tier: Expanded shared savings, elevated micro-credit limits, and priority emergency lifelines.
- Elite Tier: Comprehensive legal support, premium micro-finance limits, and dedicated partnership benefits.
Payments & Billing
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their selected tier and micro-loans. Payments are processed securely via integrated mobile money and bank cards. All billing cycles are documented clearly inside the ZENIKA client portal. Failure to settle outstanding balances within defined periods may result in service restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All materials, branding, technology systems, software, logos (including Elverra Global and ZENIKA), and designs rendered on our platforms are the exclusive property of Elverra Global ML SAS. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary assets without explicit written authorization.
Liability & Governing Law
Elverra Global ML SAS operates under the strict corporate regulations of Mali. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mali. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Elverra Global during the preceding six-month period.
