Elverra Global ML SAS wishes to clarify that its role is to create a relational framework between the ZENIKA Card holder client and the Partner. It will not intervene in the conclusion of their contract.

Any special hire-purchase or credit sale negotiation takes place directly between the Partner (seller) and the ZENIKA Card holder (buyer). They freely agree on prices and payment terms. The Partner must honor their contract by delivering on the agreed date, and the client must respect payment deadlines.

Elverra Global ML SAS cannot be held liable for difficulties arising from the execution of the credit sale contract agreed between the parties (Partner and ZENIKA Card holder).

Its mission is to inform ZENIKA Card holders about the existence of special credit sale facilities.
